When my daughter suffered a terrible mouth injury, we were devastated and had no idea where to turn. Fortunately, we were referred to Dr. Shak, and from the very first moment we met him, we knew we were in good hands. My daughter was understandably anxious about her injury, but Dr. Shak was able to make her feel comfortable and reassured. Dr. Shak is incredibly gentle and patient, and he has a way of putting people at ease that is truly remarkable. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything to us, and he was always available to answer our questions and address our concerns.

As a parent, I really appreciate the friendly and patient staff at this practice. My child always feels comfortable and at ease during our visits. The doctor is fantastic - he is fast and efficient, but also takes the time to make sure everything is done correctly. The waiting room has toys to keep my child occupied, and we never have to wait for long. The facility itself has also been recently updated and is very inviting. Overall, it's a great place for families.

Simply the best! We were previously told by other dentists that our 4 year-old son needed extensive dental work and needed to be put under general anesthesia in a hospital setting, which was nerve-wrecking for us. However, Dr. Jimmy took the time to assess our son and was able to complete the necessary work in his office, without the need for general anesthesia. Our son was even able to laugh and hold stuffed animals during the procedure. We are extremely grateful for his compassionate and skilled care.
